It was an honour to support ex-board member Ibu Yasmin to start her organic farming project at the Senayan golf course, Jakarta. Her idea was to cultivate around 300 meters with a fully-functional organic garden. Some vegetables such as red lettuce, green lettuce, kale, spinach, tomato, beetroot, and chilli have been planted and are thriving. We continuously monitor the project once a week by delivering organic fertilizers. Our new alumni Husain Dad and Agus Setiawan, who have been working at the Café at the golf course after completing TLF program, also help out.
