TLF team continued on the path of breakthrough innovation for more farming efficiency and less intensive labour. Using existing facilities at TLF, we created a drip irrigation system using elevation without the need for any electrical pump. This approach combines the efficiency of providing nutrients and water at the same time. Using elevated water reservoir tank of 2000 litres capacity with a mixture of nutrients, we were able to provide enough nutrient to grow 335 vegetables plant (short cycle plants or 28 days) from planting to harvest. The other benefit of this drip irrigation system is that it automatically controls water and nutrition intake.
